Primary After-School Activities
The after school activities (sports and not sports) program is divided into 2 separate periods. Parents must register separately for each new period, which allows more students the opportunity to participate in a wide range of activities.
Parents will be informed by email leading up to the registration date. A unique sign up link, along with extra information, will also be sent to parents for each student. Please note that only one student can be registered per sign up form. Only via this link is it possible to register a student for the after-school activities and the link can only be used once.
Activities will be filled on a first come, first served basis according to received payment.
Some activities do not start directly after school. Supervision in the schools canteen will be arranged for any students whose activities only begin at 16.00 or 16.30, for example.
The children who participate in the after school activities on Wednesdays will first have lunch with the after school activities tutor before the lesson starts at 13.00.
Students in UFD, group 1, 2 and 3 will be taken to their after school activity or canteen by a teacher or teacher assistant. All other students are expected to arrive at their activity on time themselves. Please talk this through with your child in advance.
If your child goes to the BSO, please inform the BSO of your child’s after school activities.
We expect you to pick up your child on time after the activity. At the end of the activity, you are responsible for the safety of your child.
