Our Program Structure

Our program is divided into two separate periods, referred to as P1 and P2. Parents must register separately for each new period, allowing more students the opportunity to participate in a wide range of activities.

How Does Sign-Up Work?

• Parents will receive email notifications leading up to the registration date.
• The sign-up system, which operates through SchoolsBuddy, is preference-based. This change from a first-come, first-served system ensures that more students have the chance to participate in their activity of choice over the years.
• Have a look at our sign up video if you are unfamiliar with SchoolsBuddy.

On the Day of the Activity

Some activities do not start directly after school. For activities starting at 16:00 or 16:30, supervision will be provided in the school’s cafeteria for students until their activity begins. Students attending BSO should go directly to the BSO.
Students in UFD, groups 1, 2, and 3 will be escorted to their after school activity or the canteen by a teacher or teacher assistant. All other students are expected to arrive at their activity on time independently. Please discuss this with your child in advance.
We ask that you pick up your child promptly after the activity. Once the activity ends, you are responsible for your child’s safety.
